SLA@SOI Setting IaaS Standards @ OGF25
Following a series of discussions held on the CCIF, SLA@SOI was invited to partake in a “Birds of Feather” session at OGF25 that will lead to the foundation of the OGF’s working group for standardised IaaS APIs. Presenting on the behalf of Intel Labs Europe was UDO’s Ramin Yahyapour ( second from the left in the picture above), SLA@SOI’s scientific co-ordinator. The presented slides and an audio recording of the session can be found at the OGF25 site. There were well over 100 participants attending and presenters included ElasticHosts, Eucalyptus, GoGrid, OpenNebula, SAP, CohesiveFT and fellow FP7 research project, RESERVOIR.
