Info Day Keynote
We are delighted to announce that Peter Matthews, Research Staff Member at CA Labs with a specific interest in service level agreements, will present a keynote at the upcoming SLA@SOI Informaiton Day in Brussels on September 28th. Registration is still open…we hope to see you there.
Peter will specifically discuss “Defining service characteristics for the Cloud”. He will focus on a process for defining services characteristics enabling valid comparisons between cloud service “goodness”. This presentation will also share some of the current research results into measurement of characteristics and their use in the Service Measurement Index (SMI).
